-To pay by check/money order: Drop off your rent payment at the leasing office during regular business hours or put it through the mail slot at the door. Mail your payment to the office (address listed above). Write your check or money order out to Columbus III-Chandler.
-To pay with WIPS (Walk-In Payment System): This payment method allows you to go to a variety of locations (Walmart, Ace Check Cashing) and pay your rent with cash rather than buying a money order. There is a $3.99 fee (paid at the time you make your rent payment) to pay your rent using this method and you only need to enroll with CPM and receive a WIPS Rent Payment card. Ask your Community Manager for more information. Go to http://www2.datatel-systems.com/ext/client%20forms/checkfreepay.aspx to find a payment center.
