Of the total portfolio, CPM manages 11 Federal LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit projects, 8 HUD Section 811 projects, 505 units funded through 17 Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh grants, 184 units funded through 3 Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta grants, and 2 transitional housing programs totaling 89 units.

In addition, CPM administers 13 HUD Supported Housing Program grants, 8 HUD Shelter Plus Care grants, 50 vouchers under the HUD Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, and 365 project-based Section 8 vouchers awarded by the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
